My Story

Hi, I’m Claire, the creator of Creative Change Coaching.

For nearly a decade, I dedicated myself to the weight loss industry, where I had the privilege of coaching and guiding numerous incredible women through their transformative journeys. Witnessing their growth and determination inspired me, but I also recognized the need for a more comprehensive approach to well-being.

Driven by a passion to encourage holistic change that goes beyond the confines of a single aspect, I embarked on a new path of learning and self-discovery. I delved into the realms of Life Coaching and Positive Psychology, seeking to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve a state of well-rounded wellness.

Recognising the profound impact of creativity on my own mental health, I decided to incorporate it into my practice. I pursued further studies to become a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Facilitator, understanding that art and expression can transcend the limitations of words, allowing individuals to tap into their inner selves in profound ways.

This combination of Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, and Creative Arts Facilitation equips me with a unique set of tools and knowledge to guide women on a journey to boost confidence and holistic well-being. These tools have helped me and I know they can help you too. My mission is to help individuals not only boost confidence but also to foster a sense of self-love, improved quality of life, and genuine flourishing.

I’m originally from South Africa but I have lived in London for over 20 years. I have two gorgeous teenagers, a wonderful partner and a cute cat. I also care for my beautiful mother and her cute cat. We live in South West London. I enjoy dancing (Zumba), being creative, organising, personal development, streaming movies and shows, pottering around the house,  looking after my family and working on my ever evoloving business.
